We're seeking an Applied AI Engineer to develop and deploy real-world AI features using large language models and generative systems. You'll play a key role in shaping intelligent product experiences, integrating advanced AI capabilities into applications that serve a global audience.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven features using LLMs and generative models in production environments
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that support machine learning functionality
- Refine model behavior through prompt engineering and tuning techniques
- Integrate text and image generation systems into user-facing platforms
- Enhance the safety, accuracy, and reliability of AI outputs in live applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals
- Run iterative experiments informed by user data and performance metrics
- Optimize AI systems for speed, scalability, and efficient resource use
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Python development and building production-grade AI systems
- Hands-on work with LLMs or generative AI deployed in real products
- Background in creating APIs and infrastructure to support machine learning models
- Understanding of core machine learning concepts and model deployment workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from design through to delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with fine-tuning methods such as LoRA or supervised fine-tuning
- Work with multimodal or diffusion-based models for image generation
