About the Role
This position involves working closely with development and operations teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of application systems, using modern engineering practices and tools to deliver robust solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers and IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems affecting application performance
- Work with internal teams to implement system improvements and updates
- Document technical processes and configurations for ongoing reference
- Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent system incidents
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and operational standards
- Assist in integrating third-party services and APIs
