Responsibilities

  • Maintains and supports a Java-based application in collaboration with internal IT and compliance teams.
  • Studies and evaluates current business workflows to align with technology solutions, documenting processes and identifying improvements.
  • Executes full application development lifecycle tasks, including coding, testing, debugging, maintenance, and change management compliance.
  • Reviews code quality, enforces development standards, and leads testing initiatives while assessing emerging technologies for integration.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves escalated software issues, working with vendors and external partners to ensure system reliability.
  • Provides after-hours support when necessary to maintain system uptime and address critical incidents.
  • Leads by example, promoting strong customer service, guiding junior staff, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
