Arcadia is looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Customer Insights to analyze customer data and generate insights that directly inform our product development and marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll join our mission-driven culture focused on sustainability and clean energy access.
What You'll Do
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Generate insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., data analyst, business analyst, customer insights analyst).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifetime value analysis.

Team & Environment
You’ll join the Customer Insights team within Research & Development, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams, and reporting to the Manager/Director of Customer Insights.
