About the Role
The Analyst, Pharmacy Supply Chain is responsible for supporting the end-to-end flow of pharmacy products by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring inventory accuracy and supply reliability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels across pharmacy supply chain networks
- Analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Support procurement and distribution planning processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues
- Track supplier performance and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements
- Assist in forecasting demand for pharmacy products
- Evaluate supply chain costs and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics
- Identify risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies
- Work with logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules
- Support audits and inventory reconciliation activities
- Use data tools to visualize supply chain performance
- Contribute to process automation initiatives
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy product lines
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers
- Participate in system implementation and upgrades
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Track expiration dates and manage stock rotation
- Help reduce waste through better inventory control
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock transfers
- Provide insights for strategic sourcing decisions
- Ensure timely resolution of order discrepancies
