The Ronin Society is offering a paid, part-time Analyst Apprenticeship for individuals early in their careers. You'll gain hands-on FP&A experience across multiple small and growing companies by performing monthly close tasks and supporting financial analysis under the guidance of our senior team.
What You'll Do
- Perform monthly financial close tasks for multiple clients.
- Update standardized financial models.
- Pull, clean, and organize data from bookkeeping systems.
- Run and check basic reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs.
- Perform quality checks on models to catch formula errors, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Document work clearly so the team can review and reuse it.
What We're Looking For
- Early in your career (recent grads, current students, or <3–4 years of experience).
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including vlookups/index-match, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
- Can follow structured processes and checklists reliably.
- Comfortable working independently once given clear instructions.
- Can commit 10 hours per week for the full 3-month program.
- Have reliable internet and can work remotely with a global team.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to accounting or finance coursework.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting systems.
- Prior internship or project experience with financial data.

Team & Environment
You'll join a small cohort of 3 Analyst Apprentices, working under the direct guidance of our lead analyst and senior strategist. The role includes structured training and clear checklists.
