Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy algorithms addressing key challenges in personalization, pricing, search, and operational efficiency
- Translate unclear product requirements into well-defined algorithmic approaches
- Evaluate and balance precision, computational speed, scalability, and development effort
- Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code for production algorithm systems
- Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate and test algorithmic models
- Iterate on algorithm performance using data, testing results, and stakeholder feedback
- Keep current with advancements in algorithm design, statistical modeling, and computational techniques
