Virtual Assist is hiring a proactive and technically skilled AI Tech Specialist to design, build, and support AI-powered automations and agent workflows. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to streamline operations.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows using N8N or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
- Integrate tools such as CRMs, email services, SMS platforms, and databases into seamless automated systems.
- Customize logic and flows to match each client’s specific goals and operations.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot bugs, and continuously optimize automation flows.
- Develop internal tools and client-facing systems to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients post-sale, providing walkthroughs, updates, and responsive support.
- Collaborate with team members on strategic automation solutions, implementation planning, and innovative AI use cases.
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling; organize and maintain files and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials; use AI platforms to generate or refine content.
- Help identify and implement AI workflows to improve team efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or Pipedream.
- Experience integrating APIs, building custom automations, and debugging.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) use cases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-friendly tone.
- Highly adaptable with strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically confident, yet people-oriented—able to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable navigating a startup-paced and constantly evolving work environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI arbitrage systems, internal AI tool development, or automation strategy.
- Background in building chatbots, lead generation workflows, or sales funnel integrations.
- Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Prior experience working in agency or SaaS environments.
