About the Role

This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing AI-driven tools and systems, offering hands-on technical assistance, diagnosing system errors, and supporting AI model lifecycle management to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor AI system performance and respond to operational alerts
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting AI models and integrations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and update machine learning models
  • Document system configurations and maintain support knowledge bases
  • Provide frontline support for AI-related inquiries from internal teams
  • Assist in testing and validating model outputs before production release
  • Track and report on system downtime or performance degradation
  • Troubleshoot data pipeline issues impacting AI functionality
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineering staff
  • Support incident management processes for AI platform outages
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of AI model behavior and limitations
  • Work with data scientists to interpret model performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in AI operations
  • Assist in onboarding teams to new AI tools and interfaces
  • Gather user feedback to inform AI system improvements
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring system issues
  • Update documentation for AI workflows and support procedures
  • Coordinate with IT teams to manage access and permissions
  • Monitor system logs for anomalies related to AI processing
  • Support training initiatives for non-technical staff using AI tools
  • Validate accuracy of AI-generated outputs against expected results
  • Respond to urgent support tickets within defined service level agreements
  • Assist in maintaining model version control and deployment logs
  • Contribute to post-deployment monitoring and stabilization efforts
  • Stay current with updates in AI frameworks and support tools

On-Call Expectations

  • This role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule to support critical AI systems during off-hours
  • Team members are expected to respond to high-priority incidents within defined timeframes
  • On-call training and support resources are provided
