What You'll Do
- Guide clients through technical decisions, clearly articulating trade-offs and solution options
- Transform business requirements into well-structured AI use cases and implementation plans
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI systems, including RAG architectures, agents, and tool-integrated LLMs
- Design efficient, scalable data workflows and apply MLOps and LLMOps principles
- Integrate security, compliance, and ethical considerations into every stage of AI development
- Use AI-powered tools in your own workflow and support teammates in adopting them effectively
- Contribute to shared frameworks and mentor other developers to raise team capability
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to consult and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong background in software engineering using Python, with experience in backend systems and cloud-native design (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience building enterprise applications and deploying AI/ML models on platforms like Azure AI or Azure OpenAI
- Familiarity with vector search, RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), and data engineering fundamentals
- Understanding of secure coding, GDPR, and responsible AI principles
- Fluency in both Finnish and English
Preferred Experience
- Work with agentic workflows, vector databases, Databricks, Snowflake, or model serving platforms
- Background in regulated industries such as public services, finance, or healthcare
- Relevant AI or cloud certifications
