Responsibilities
- Grasps the core business goals and strategic direction of supported products
- Develops reliable partnerships with business and technical teams, working across functions to ensure proper coordination
- Helps manage critical stakeholder discussions, acting as the primary contact for resolving issues, eliminating blockers, and addressing disagreements
- Works with business and technical product owners to integrate new projects
- Aids in creating detailed specifications, including value propositions and technology cost projections
- Coordinates with partners to assess capacity and ensure priorities are accurately reflected in team backlogs
- Manages and improves the flow of work into the team by maintaining the product backlog
- Conducts analysis, gathers requirements, and supports architecture and design for scrum teams
- Defines and communicates the scope of work for each team iteration
