We are looking for a Mid/Senior Software Developer to join AECOM at our Houston, TX location. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that support our engineering and infrastructure projects.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Software Developer or Engineer in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python).
- Experience with software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
