This role is central to maintaining efficient operations within the Greater Manchester Victim Services team. As an Administrator, you’ll ensure smooth coordination by managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing enquiries appropriately and maintaining clear communication with service users, internal teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and processing invoices and petty cash
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and other data systems, ensuring information is up to date and securely managed
- Support timely delivery of services by coordinating with the Casework team and Deputy Head of Service
- Act as a reliable point of contact, upholding professional standards in all interactions
