🏢 Administrative Support Specialist for Field Operations We're seeking a detail-driven administrative professional to be the operational backbone of our field team. This role demands sharp organizational skills to manage logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline documentation workflows. Requirements: • Manage personal protective equipment inventory: track stock levels and proactively source quotes when supplies run low • Handle team transportation logistics, including: - Purchasing bus tickets - Planning private transportation per specific instructions - Coordinating cabin cleaning at Hornopirén site • Process team logistics and accommodations (Airbnb, flights, alternative options) • Manage weekly meal payment transfers and maintain precise financial records • Update and track safety documentation in Certilap, monitoring expiration dates • Follow up on Adecco certification processes • Prepare and submit monthly attendance records after supervisor review • Track team medical leave documentation • Source cost-optimization services (equipment rentals, trucks, forklifts, marketing support) • Assist with customs documentation preparation • Conduct personnel recruitment if needed (though our team has low turnover) Key Qualification: Fluent Spanish communication skills required to effectively interact with field team members
