About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices related to marketing and advertising campaigns
- Verify invoice accuracy against contracts and purchase orders
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure timely payment of invoices within agreed terms
- Maintain up-to-date records of vendor information and payment history
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
- Reconcile vendor statements on a regular basis
- Identify and escalate invoice discrepancies or delays
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams on vendor agreements
- Assist in audits by providing accurate financial documentation
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports
- Improve invoice processing workflows and reduce cycle times
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies
- Track promotional spending against budget allocations
- Use accounting software to record and classify transactions
- Communicate with external vendors regarding payment status
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Support internal controls and fraud prevention measures
- Prepare reports on payable metrics and vendor performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on financial timelines
