Wipro was looking for an Account Executive

Wipro is hiring an Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts. As a key client partner, you will direct the organic growth strategy, ensure the financial health of accounts, and build trusted advisor relationships through world-class delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts.
  • Direct the organic growth strategy, including vision setting, annual account planning, and identification of key growth opportunities.
  • Drive proactive client value creation and ensure overall financial health of accounts.
  • Develop strategic client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Carry targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margin.
  • Get involved in resolving any people management issue within Wipro teams.
  • Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand footprint.
  • Present and publish proactive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Interact with Procurement and Supplier relationship teams from customer organizations to maintain a smooth flow of contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Work closely with senior customer teams (CIO, VPs, Directors) to suggest, advise, evaluate, and prime business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 15+ years of experience selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of the global delivery model and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cross-selling various service lines to customers.
  • Ability to present and interact at all levels and possess consultative sales capability.
  • Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
  • Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles.
  • Experience managing a multi-million USD account across various geographies.
  • Strong Account Management skills in building and managing client relationships at all levels.

  • Compensation range: $240,000.00 to $375,000.00
