Responsibilities
- Develop A/B split-test variants across Shopify and custom stacks
- Collaborate with CRO Strategists and Designers to bring test hypotheses to life quickly and accurately
- Write clean, modular, reusable code (mostly HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Support in building and maintaining custom Shopify apps (occasional, but you'll need to know your way around the Shopify ecosystem)
- Debug, QA, and Deploy tests and features using tools like Optimizely, Convert, Kameleeon, Varify, VWO, or similar
Requirements
- A degree is not a must & we couldn't care less about grades. As long as you have experience in Split-Testing, DevOps, or Shopify Development, and are willing to learn, you're perfect!
- Level: +3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer, ideally already familiar with A/B testing tools
- Mindset: Problem-solving, can-do attitude
- You write clean code, test your work, and care about the "why" behind every decision
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment
- Knowledge: Advanced JavaScript, HTML & CSS
- Languages: Required: English (fluent)
Nice to Have
- General Knowledge of React, GraphQL, TypeScript and Git
- Bonus: DevOps Experience
- Bonus: Understanding of Shopify Liquid Syntax, General Theme Components, Shopify Functions, Shopify Extensions, Shopify App Development
- Not required but useful: German, Ukrainian
