Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert in Oracle Xstore Point of Sale systems and related functionalities.
- Work closely with business partners to collect, assess, and convert business needs into actionable functional and technical documentation.
- Function as a bridge between business units and technical developers by combining business understanding with technical knowledge.
- Lead localization initiatives for Xstore to ensure alignment with regional market demands and legal standards.
- Initiate and manage Proof of Concept projects for emerging business needs and innovative solutions.
- Oversee customization, feature improvements, and development tasks within the Xstore platform.
- Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and testing to deployment and live system maintenance.
- Examine system data to detect constraints, solve operational issues, and enhance solution performance.
- Engage in production support to maintain system reliability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify strategic opportunities that improve efficiency and support growth.
