Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing initiatives for external vendor APIs
- Analyze API specifications and technical documentation
- Design test plans and scenarios tailored to vendor integration points
- Validate data integrity, response accuracy, and error handling
- Assess performance and scalability of API endpoints
- Identify security vulnerabilities in API interactions
- Collaborate with development and integration teams
- Report defects with detailed technical evidence
- Ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements
- Monitor vendor updates and assess impact on existing systems
- Develop automated test scripts for regression coverage
- Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases
- Conduct root cause analysis on integration failures
- Support audit readiness for vendor systems
- Provide input on vendor selection based on testability
