Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-impact gatherings including leadership retreats, team summits, and external partner events with a focus on premium guest experience.
- Lead coordination of global in-person events, managing logistics for catering, audiovisual setups, venue design, and local accommodations.
- Create and maintain a standardized operations guide for office readiness, visitor onboarding, and presentation excellence across locations.
- Source and manage local vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual agreements.
- Oversee budgeting for workplace hospitality, approving spending, monitoring financial performance, and identifying savings without compromising quality.
- Analyze office usage data from access systems and room bookings to advise leadership on space optimization strategies.
- Adapt workspace layouts to support diverse work modes, including focused work, executive meetings, and collaborative sessions.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure all meeting spaces are equipped for seamless hybrid and remote participation.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years managing corporate offices, premium coworking spaces, or luxury hospitality environments.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience managing multiple vendors, timelines, and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with experience engaging senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently as the primary onsite contact, adapting to dynamic situations and last-minute changes.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated experience managing logistics for corporate events, including catering and large-scale hospitality operations.
- Familiarity with workplace platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and basic troubleshooting of AV and meeting room technology.
