About the Role
This role involves analyzing and refining workload models, managing contracts, and providing policy and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate workload forecasting models
- Analyze contract data to ensure alignment with service delivery goals
- Support the evaluation and implementation of policy changes
- Collaborate with program managers to assess operational impacts
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance and compliance metrics
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements
- Assist in the development of funding proposals and budget justifications
- Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational procedures
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and program leadership
- Maintain documentation for models, contracts, and policy decisions
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks
- Support audits by providing accurate and timely information
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners on contract deliverables
- Ensure data privacy and security standards are followed
- Participate in cross-agency initiatives related to service optimization
- Train staff on new tools, models, and policy updates
- Respond to information requests from oversight bodies
- Track key performance indicators for program effectiveness
- Use data visualization tools to communicate findings
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex operational challenges
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Support equity and inclusion goals in program design and analysis
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning efforts
- Ensure consistency across models and reporting frameworks

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting with options for remote work. Regular interaction with team members, program managers, and external partners is expected. Occasional travel within the state may be required for meetings or trainings.
