About the Role
The student will assist in designing and implementing talent management and learning programs, supporting internal training initiatives, organizing learning materials, and coordinating with team members to ensure effective knowledge transfer and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of learning and development activities
- Assist in organizing training materials and digital content
- Help coordinate internal workshops and talent development sessions
- Maintain records and documentation related to learning programs
- Contribute to the improvement of onboarding processes
- Gather feedback from participants to evaluate program effectiveness
- Update and manage internal learning databases
- Support communication between trainers and participants
- Assist in scheduling learning events and tracking attendance
- Collaborate on the development of new training modules
- Conduct research on learning methodologies and industry trends
- Prepare presentations and handouts for training sessions
- Support evaluation of employee development progress
- Help integrate feedback into future program designs
- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions
