DZ PRIVATBANK is looking for a Working Student - Client Management to join our Private Banking team. In this role, you will support our cross-border client operations, assist with critical banking processes, and contribute to our digital transformation efforts.
What You'll Do
- Support cross-border client management for the LU/DE/CH region within Private Banking.
- Create, coordinate, and send confirmation letters to Private Banking clients.
- Assist in creating payment orders for special funds.
- Execute bookings in the core banking system for refunds and corrections.
- Review fixed income and foreign exchange transactions.
- Support the processing of returned mail.
- Assist clients using the Private Banking online portal 'Mein Vermögensportal'.
- Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of operational processes.
- Accompany the digital transformation in standardizing and optimizing client management.
What We're Looking For
- First practical experience in the financial industry, ideally in Private Banking.
- A detail-oriented and very well-organized working style.
- The ability to work independently, autonomously, and with initiative.
- Very good communication skills and an extremely professional, empathetic demeanor.
- A very customer-oriented, trustworthy, and willing-to-learn attitude.
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident handling of MS-Office applications and SharePoint.
