Responsibilities
- Supervise the active bench talent pool and ensure real-time visibility of employees available for redeployment or nearing contract end.
- Execute fast-track reassignment procedures to place inactive or at-risk staff into open client roles within three days of availability.
- Collaborate with hiring, training, and operations units to balance projected staffing needs with current workforce capacity.
- Monitor and project workforce usage trends, detecting early signs of contract endings or client account instability.
- Keep internal systems updated with precise employee profiles, including skills, work history, and performance metrics for accurate role matching.
- Perform routine bench assessments and produce metrics on bench volume, redeployment success rates, and duration of inactivity.
- Initiate programs to train bench employees across multiple service areas to improve adaptability and reassignment speed.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth transitions from offboarding to bench status and back to active deployment.
