Responsibilities
- Design and deploy a comprehensive Workforce Utilization Score using inputs from time tracking, active account data, and productivity metrics.
- Develop and manage end-of-day bot analytics to automate daily performance summaries and activity reports.
- Construct real-time dashboards that identify idle, at-risk, or unassigned personnel for timely reassignment.
- Develop predictive algorithms to anticipate absenteeism, turnover, or declines in engagement.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and HR teams to standardize data definitions, reporting methodologies, and intervention triggers.
- Perform in-depth analyses to uncover patterns linking attendance, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across workforce management systems and auxiliary databases.
- Produce regular workforce health summaries for leadership, highlighting metrics such as utilization, idle time, and SLA compliance.
- Oversee the evolution of the Shadow Layer system, setting automation goals and ensuring integration with tools like Apploye, Wing App, and HRIS.
