Responsibilities
- Configure and support 2–3 primary Workday HCM modules, such as Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
- Manage Workday security frameworks, including role-based, domain, and business process security configurations
- Design and refine business processes in Workday to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency
- Set up and maintain Advanced Compensation programs, including merit increases, promotions, and compensation planning cycles
- Partner with business teams to collect requirements and develop scalable solutions within Workday
- Build and enhance reports and dashboards to deliver insights for leadership and operational decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and process updates in the central knowledge base
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT departments across multiple global regions and time zones
- Support integration maintenance and optimization between Workday and applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse
