About the Role
The candidate will support Workday HCM and Financials modules through configuration, testing, and troubleshooting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM and Financials modules
- Develop and deliver custom reports and dashboards
- Support system integrations using Workday Studio
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on process improvements
- Participate in testing for system upgrades and patches
- Document system configurations and business processes
- Assist in onboarding and training for new users
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Support compliance with audit and security standards
- Manage user access and security groups
- Implement best practices for Workday administration
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve support tickets
- Maintain version control for configuration changes
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Validate data accuracy during migrations and updates
- Assist with payroll and benefits configuration
- Ensure adherence to change management protocols
- Work with external consultants during implementations
- Support disaster recovery and backup procedures
- Track and report on key system metrics
- Facilitate user acceptance testing
- Stay current with Workday product updates
- Provide input on system roadmap and enhancements
