About the Role
This position involves delivering Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions to clients through configuration, testing, and support activities. The consultant will work remotely with teams across the globe to ensure successful implementation and system optimization.
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules according to client requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to define and document business processes
- Conduct system testing and resolve configuration issues
- Support client training and change management initiatives
- Translate business needs into technical Workday solutions
- Participate in project planning and timeline management
- Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during system setup
- Assist in developing functional specifications and design documents
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues in testing and production environments
- Work with security teams to configure role-based access in Workday
- Support integration efforts between Workday and external systems
- Assist in creating test scripts and validation procedures
- Document configurations and solution designs
- Engage in client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Stay current with Workday system updates and feature releases
- Provide time and effort estimates for assigned tasks
- Coordinate with technical teams on custom report development
- Validate compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
- Support data conversion and migration activities
- Facilitate user acceptance testing coordination
- Deliver knowledge transfer to client teams
- Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders
- Follow established project methodologies and best practices
- Adapt to changing project scopes and client priorities
