Shape the foundation of data accuracy in digital marketing by leading tracking implementation across diverse client environments. As a Web Analyst, you'll bridge technical development and marketing operations, ensuring reliable data flow from websites to analytics and advertising platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads, ensuring consistent performance across client sites.
- Build and test event tracking solutions for websites, CMS platforms, ecommerce systems, and CRM integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, and GoHighLevel.
- Verify the accuracy of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models across channels.
- Work directly in code when needed—especially within React and TypeScript applications—when tag managers fall short.
- Diagnose and resolve data discrepancies across platforms, ensuring resilience through site updates or architectural changes.
- Document configurations clearly, highlighting logic, limitations, and testing outcomes for internal and client review.
- Collaborate with account managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
- Explain technical tracking concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in analytics instrumentation, tracking implementation, or technical ad operations.
- Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Strong coding ability in JavaScript and TypeScript, particularly within React-based environments.
- Experience troubleshooting complex data flow and attribution issues across platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with server-side GTM or advanced tracking architectures.
- Background in agency or multi-client environments managing diverse tracking setups.
- Familiarity with broader marketing technology ecosystems and analytics platforms.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with team collaboration across time zones. You’ll work closely with engineers, growth marketers, and account managers to build robust, accurate data pipelines. Paid time off and company holidays are provided in accordance with policy. Compensation is issued in USD bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th of each month.
