About the Role

The position involves managing contracts for vocational rehabilitation services, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines through detailed documentation and interdepartmental coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution and renewal of service contracts
  • Monitor contractor compliance with program requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation
  • Track performance outcomes and reporting deadlines
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries
  • Review contract deliverables for completeness and accuracy
  • Support audits by providing required records
  • Facilitate communication between program staff and service providers
  • Ensure adherence to procurement regulations
  • Process payments in alignment with contract terms
  • Update databases with current contract information
  • Assist in developing contract-related materials
  • Identify potential risks in contract performance
  • Collaborate on process improvements for contract management
  • Prepare summaries and reports for internal review
  • Participate in training related to contract procedures
  • Verify contractor certifications and qualifications
  • Support program evaluations through data collection
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Respond to internal requests for contract details
