About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution and renewal of service contracts
- Monitor contractor compliance with program requirements
- Maintain comprehensive contract documentation
- Track performance outcomes and reporting deadlines
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries
- Review contract deliverables for completeness and accuracy
- Support audits by providing required records
- Facilitate communication between program staff and service providers
- Ensure adherence to procurement regulations
- Process payments in alignment with contract terms
- Update databases with current contract information
- Assist in developing contract-related materials
- Identify potential risks in contract performance
- Collaborate on process improvements for contract management
- Prepare summaries and reports for internal review
- Participate in training related to contract procedures
- Verify contractor certifications and qualifications
- Support program evaluations through data collection
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Respond to internal requests for contract details
