About the Role
This role is responsible for enabling executive effectiveness through strategic communication, data-driven insights, and rigorous project management, ensuring leadership remains aligned, informed, and focused on key priorities.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine high-impact presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for executive forums and recurring leadership meetings.
- Deliver finished reports and slides that require little to no revisions and consistently meet senior leadership expectations.
- Simplify complex financial and operational data into clear, narrative-driven summaries for executive consumption.
- Maintain accuracy, structure, and strategic alignment across all materials presented to leadership.
- Ensure executives are informed, prepared, and aware of upcoming priorities and potential challenges.
- Draft and manage internal communications for leadership, including firmwide messages and stakeholder updates, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Track key initiatives, action items, deadlines, and unresolved issues to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, dependencies, and critical issues requiring leadership attention.
- Coordinate information sharing across multiple teams and stakeholders to maintain timely and accurate updates.
- Support strategic projects with project management functions such as milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk assessment.
- Ensure strategic initiatives remain on track with leadership goals, translating them into measurable outcomes and clear roadmaps.
- Help prioritize tasks and manage competing demands to keep leadership focused on high-impact activities; collaborate with administrative partners on scheduling and follow-ups.
- Lead change management efforts for major initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and tracking adoption.
- Monitor performance metrics and progress toward strategic goals to inform decision-making.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership consideration.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that keep leadership informed and proactive.
- Lead preparation for leadership meetings, offsites, and Town Halls, including agendas, pre-reads, and presentation materials, in coordination with administrative partners.
- Document and distribute structured meeting notes with clear action items and owners.
- Standardize reporting formats, templates, and meeting rhythms to enhance consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Act as a central coordination point for leadership requests, information needs, and cross-team updates.
- Ensure information is shared accurately, consistently, and efficiently throughout the firm.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders and stakeholders across departments and business units.
