About the Role

Lead the development and execution of sales strategies across the EMEA region to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share. Build and mentor a scalable sales organization while fostering a culture of accountability and results.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team
  • Establish key performance metrics and monitor team productivity
  • Drive customer acquisition across enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Develop long-term relationships with strategic clients
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and demand generation
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to executive leadership
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Work closely with customer success to ensure retention and upsell
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive meetings
  • Ensure compliance with regional sales regulations and data laws
  • Optimize sales processes and CRM utilization
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Scale operations to support business growth
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews with regional stakeholders
  • Align sales goals with product development roadmaps
