Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert in workplace strategy, guiding clients through assessments, alignment efforts, and long-term planning for the future of work
- Evaluate organizational metrics such as headcount forecasts, team proximity needs, engagement results, hybrid policies, and space utilization to shape real estate strategies
- Provide strategic guidance on workspace composition, including ratios of open, private, and collaborative areas, along with square footage needs and financial impact assessments
- Collaborate with architectural teams to run test-fit exercises and assess design proposals against strategic objectives
- Guide clients in using their office environments as tools to attract and retain top talent
- Support tenant representation teams during client acquisition efforts by integrating workplace strategy into service offerings
- Contribute to client meetings, RFPs, and competitive bids with insights on workplace trends, performance benchmarks, and peer comparisons
- Offer a streamlined version of workplace strategy services to prospects early in the sales cycle to demonstrate value with minimal commitment
- Develop and manage relationships with design firms, project managers, and construction partners to ensure cohesive service delivery
- Refine internal methodologies, tools, templates, and value messaging for workplace strategy services
- Collaborate with marketing to produce thought leadership materials such as white papers, trend reports, and success stories
- Serve as a representative at industry events, conferences, and external forums to promote service expertise
- Lead internal training sessions to equip brokers and project managers with knowledge of workplace strategy benefits
- Coordinate closely with construction and project management teams to ensure strategic plans are effectively executed
Responsibilities
- Serve as the firm’s Workplace Strategy subject matter expert, leading current-state assessments, organizational alignment exercises, and future-of-work visioning with corporate clients
- Analyze organizational data including headcount projections, departmental adjacencies, employee engagement surveys, hybrid work policies, and utilization metrics to determine optimal space programs and footprint requirements
- Deliver strategic recommendations on space mix (open, private, collaborative), square footage requirements, scenario planning, and ROI analysis for proposed workplace changes
- Coordinate test-fits with architectural partners and review design solutions for alignment with the client’s workplace strategy
- Advise clients on how to leverage their real estate as a competitive differentiator for talent attraction and retention
- Partner with Office Tenant Representation brokers as a front-end resource on pursuits and pitches, demonstrating the value of integrating workplace strategy with tenant advisory services
- Participate in client presentations, RFP responses, and competitive proposals—bringing deep expertise on workplace trends, benchmarking data, and competitor environments
- Deliver a “Workplace Strategy Lite” offering for early-stage business development that introduces the platform without requiring a full engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms, project management teams, and design partners to support a seamless client experience across the transaction lifecycle
- Define and evolve the firm’s workplace strategy processes, tools, deliverable templates, and value propositions
- Partner with national marketing to develop thought leadership content including white papers, industry trend analyses, and case studies
- Represent the firm at external positioning events, conferences, and industry forums
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing to educate brokers and project managers on how workplace strategy enhances the client value proposition
- Forge strong working relationships with Stream’s Construction and Project Management team to ensure continuity from strategy through implementation
