Responsibilities
- Define the vision and strategy for User Acquisition at the company.
- Lead both Paid and Organic User Acquisition, managing and optimizing mobile performance marketing across key platforms and stores: App Store, Google Play, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
- Own an 8-figure UA budget, driving user and revenue growth while balancing efficiency metrics (e.g., LTV:CAC) and scaling installs sustainably.
- Oversee reporting and analytics for UA and marketing performance, ensuring clear visibility and decision-making.
- Build and run test plans and experimentation across UA initiatives to identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
- Optimize and report campaign performance across multiple ad networks, continuously improving creatives, targeting, and funnels.
- Drive growth initiatives in ASO, re-engagement, and other organic levers (incl. SEO/referrals where applicable).
- Lead the team in designing and improving internal tools and processes for more efficient UA execution and learning loops.
- Work closely with Product teams to ensure strong funnel conversion and maximize value from each acquisition channel.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, People) to support growth plans and operational needs.
- Manage external partners: ad networks and vendors; collaborate with creative and other teams to develop high-performing ad assets and supporting materials.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of 20 specialists across Paid and Organic UA.
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital marketing / user acquisition (primarily mobile apps), including 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in the mobile UA landscape, mobile analytics, and attribution.
- Proven ability to grow and amplify organic acquisition using ASO, SEO, referral strategies, and re-engagement approaches.
- Strong analytics skillset and fluency with visualization / reporting tools (e.g., Looker) and Excel.
- Experience successfully managing large marketing budgets across multiple performance channels.
- Strong data-driven mindset: able to turn analysis into decisions, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: comfortable promoting, defending, and negotiating new ideas.
