Who You Are
You bring deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and mobile development, with a proven ability to lead engineering at scale. You’ve built secure, high-availability systems—ideally in regulated domains like medical devices or health tech. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are skilled at aligning complex technical initiatives with business strategy.
You’re experienced in managing distributed teams and external partners, and you’re comfortable traveling regularly to key hubs in Switzerland and Serbia. You believe in scaling through intelligent systems, not just headcount, and you’re committed to operational excellence, automation, and sustainable engineering practices.
Environment & Impact
This is a hybrid role with a remote-first approach, offering flexibility while requiring periodic in-person collaboration in Neuchâtel and Belgrade. You’ll work within a mission-driven organization focused on reducing preventable deaths from hypertension through innovative digital health solutions. The company fosters a collaborative, innovation-focused culture that values impact, technical rigor, and smart growth.
