About the Role
Lead the development and execution of the engineering roadmap while managing a team of skilled engineers and supporting the scaling of infrastructure and product capabilities.
Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, mentorship, and performance of engineering teams
- Collaborate with product and design to deliver high-impact features
- Establish engineering best practices and development standards
- Drive innovation in platform capabilities and technical infrastructure
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection standards
- Lead incident response and platform stability initiatives
- Optimize deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools
- Work closely with executive leadership on strategic planning
- Manage engineering budget and resource allocation
- Support on-call processes and operational readiness
- Scale engineering processes as the organization grows
- Promote cross-functional collaboration across departments
- Ensure delivery timelines are met with high-quality output
- Champion engineering excellence and technical debt reduction
- Monitor key engineering metrics and system performance
- Lead technical decision-making across product domains
- Drive automation to improve development efficiency
- Mentor engineering managers and technical leads
- Oversee third-party vendor and platform integrations
- Ensure alignment between engineering and business KPIs
- Support company-wide technical initiatives and digital transformation
