Responsibilities
- To assist the Head of School in developing the school as a high-quality specialist provision for pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH)
- To uphold the ethos, aims and values of the school, its policies and codes of practice at all times
- To help manage the structure and organisation of the school day
- To contribute to raising standards of student attainment
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their full potential
- Develop and enhance the teaching practice of others, especially those within the Vocational Education Department
Requirements
- GCSE's grade C/4 and above in English, Maths and Science
