Responsibilities
- Arrange clothing displays on the sales floor and in windows following brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to identify additional sales opportunities within brand parameters.
- Carry out product placement changes based on discussions with management.
- Stay informed about current fashion developments and industry directions.
- Educate and motivate staff on seasonal trends, upcoming promotions, and brand expectations.
- Deliver service that meets customer needs according to company standards.
- Help create a positive shopping environment for customers.
- Uphold brand visual identity by applying guidelines and styling mannequins effectively.
- Design a cohesive visual journey from storefront windows to main shopping areas with practical outfit ideas.
- Work with the team to ensure consistent, high-standard product presentation daily.
- Organize fixtures to support easy navigation and clear pathways in line with brand requirements.
- Implement and maintain all promotional campaigns accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor store performance metrics with management and take steps to meet targets.
- Adjust store layout plans based on operational needs and budget allocations.
- Complete and act on the brand evaluation section of the customer audit to improve commercial results.
- Select samples and organize floor updates that communicate clear, wearable styling concepts.
- Perform daily opening tasks for sales floor and window displays before store hours.
- Track and manage incoming visual supplies and marketing assets with attention to sustainability.
- Keep the visual storage area orderly and safe for all staff.
- Ensure all visual materials reflect current seasons and communicate updates to the team.
- Maintain and repaint window displays as needed.
- Coach and support staff to improve both customer service and workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies alongside management.
- Assess and strengthen the team's visual merchandising abilities through regular training sessions.
- Supervise, guide, and provide feedback during floor updates in collaboration with staff.
