Responsibilities

• Transform brand strategy into unified visual identity systems for digital and web platforms
• Oversee visual design implementation for brand identities, websites, landing pages, and digital marketing materials
• Build and manage brand standards, digital design systems, and visual protocols to ensure consistency and long-term scalability
• Produce detailed visual layouts and templates for websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Shape design choices in typography, color, layout, imagery, and animation to strengthen brand presence across digital spaces
• Work closely with web development and content teams to ensure accurate execution of design vision
• Communicate design concepts, reasoning, and iterations effectively to internal stakeholders and clients
• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-tier designers through feedback, guidance, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to proposal efforts and new brand ideation using compelling visual storytelling and design innovation
