Fullmind is looking for a Virtual Students with Disabilities Educator to provide live-streamed instruction to students with disabilities. This is a 1099 contract position following a school district calendar with an immediate start date. You will join a pool of educators dedicated to our mission of ensuring every child has access to education.
What You'll Do
- Deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion.
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and relationships.
- Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
- Keep track of student grades and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Hold a current South Carolina Teaching Certification in Students with Disabilities (or open to reciprocity).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional educator.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Have a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.
Nice to Have
- Prior online teaching experience.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a pool of educators accessing an educator portal. This is a contract position.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $255-$265 per day, negotiable.
Work Mode
