Responsibilities
- Receive and process insurance claims, verifying all necessary details and documents are accurate and complete
- Arrange vehicle inspection appointments and collaborate with estimators and repair personnel
- Create comprehensive repair cost estimates and issue supplemental requests when new damages are found
- Communicate directly with insurance adjusters to obtain prompt approvals and clarify inconsistencies
- Keep customers informed with regular updates on repair progress, expected completion, and modifications
- Track repair workflows to ensure adherence to scheduled timelines and service benchmarks
- Keep detailed records of all claims, approvals, correspondence, and repair-related documentation
- Work with internal departments to manage delays, parts shortages, or operational inefficiencies
- Follow company protocols, insurer guidelines, and quality assurance standards throughout the repair cycle
