About the Role
The coach will work directly with participants in virtual reality settings, providing empathetic guidance and peer-led support to enhance emotional well-being and engagement in therapeutic activities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate peer support sessions using VR platforms
- Guide users through immersive wellness experiences
- Offer emotional support during virtual group interactions
- Monitor participant engagement and emotional state
- Respond to user needs in real time during VR sessions
- Maintain a safe and inclusive virtual environment
- Encourage peer-to-peer interaction in VR spaces
- Assist participants with onboarding to VR tools
- Provide feedback on user experience and interface design
- Report concerns related to participant safety
- Follow established protocols for crisis response
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
- Complete session documentation promptly
- Uphold confidentiality standards in digital settings
- Stay current with VR platform updates and features

- Certification in peer support or related field

Compensation
Hourly wage commensurate with experience and certification level
Work Arrangement
Remote with scheduled VR session times

- Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, private space for conducting sessions
