About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support data management and administrative functions in a fully remote role. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and manage data within company databases with precision
  • Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing details in datasets
  • Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and completeness
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical documentation
  • Generate reports and summaries for leadership as needed
  • Support general administrative functions to keep operations running efficiently
  • Follow data protection protocols and adhere to company policies

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong typing ability with consistent accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with database management tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Capacity to work independently while collaborating as needed
