Responsibilities
- Maintain and categorize digital documents and files for easy retrieval and organization.
- Perform data entry tasks including compiling lead databases, documenting meeting summaries, converting audio files into text, managing payroll records, and structuring research materials.
- Investigate product options, make purchases, and obtain samples as needed.
- Manage, input, and retrieve customer and sales data using a CRM platform to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Generate and distribute invoices or account statements, monitor payment statuses, and log business expenditures.
- Collect and analyze market trends, industry standards, and public data to produce comparative reports and insights.
- Track project progress, facilitate internal coordination, and maintain structured company information.
- Manage team scheduling, resolve calendar conflicts, and ensure clients are informed and ready for appointments.
- Plan travel itineraries, reserve accommodations, and arrange vehicle rentals for business needs.
- Handle incoming calls, relay messages, schedule appointments, and conduct information-gathering phone inquiries.
- Respond to emails promptly, manage correspondence follow-ups, sort inboxes according to preferences, and flag critical messages.
- Carry out various on-demand tasks as assigned.

Training
Training will be onsite followed by Nesting and Certification at Makati Office.
Work Hours
US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
