MCR Media Group is hiring a VIP Support Agent – Sweepstakes Casino (Night shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain meaningful connections with high-value players using personalized email and chat interactions.
  • Oversee account management tasks such as processing withdrawals, distributing bonuses, and tracking player activity.
  • Design and recommend individualized promotions to boost retention and increase revenue.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to player inquiries and issues, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Analyze VIP player behavior patterns and share insights with leadership for strategic planning.
  • Coordinate across departments including marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure a unified player experience.
  • Uphold brand standards through professional and ethical conduct in all communications.

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales-driven mindset with skill in identifying engagement opportunities and proposing tailored offers.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting.
  • Experienced with CRM systems, email platforms, and standard office applications.
  • Skilled in problem-solving with a flexible and creative approach to meeting player needs.
  • Sensitive to cultural differences and adaptable when engaging diverse audiences, particularly in the US market.
  • Available to work night shifts from 2:00 to 10:00, Monday to Friday, remotely with occasional office attendance in Sofia.
