Responsibilities
- Edit high-volume short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Translate performance briefs into paid ad creatives (hooks, variants, formats)
- Produce multiple variations for creative testing
- Cut and refine UGC into polished, on-brand content
- Make strong editing decisions (pacing, structure, music, sound design)
- Select and integrate music aligned with a premium brand aesthetic
- Source stock footage, imagery, and audio when needed
- Create and integrate AI-generated voiceovers
- Add text overlays, captions, and kinetic typography
- Create reusable motion templates (lower thirds, transitions, product highlights)
- Deliver clean, minimal motion work aligned with brand identity
- Apply consistent, premium color grading across all content
- Match footage from different sources into a cohesive visual style
- Help develop and maintain Kaddey’s visual grading standard
- Manage feedback cycles via Frame.io
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
- Communicate timelines clearly and flag blockers early
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of short-form social content demonstrating pacing, hook structure, and premium brand sensibility
- Proven ability to convert performance creative briefs into paid ad variants
- Colour grading proficiency; produces a consistent, premium look across mixed footage
- Frame.io proficiency; primary async review and collaboration tool; non-negotiable
- Solid motion graphics; text animations, kinetic typography, overlays in After Effects
- Strong instinct for music and sound; selects tracks and sound design that match a premium aesthetic
- Experience sourcing stock footage, imagery, and audio assets
- Ability to create and direct AI-generated voiceovers
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; fast, organised, consistent at high volume
- Active golfer, plays regularly, understands the game and what the experience on the course means
- Strong aesthetic sensibility for a premium brand; knows the difference between an edit that earns trust and one that undermines it
- Fluent English, written and spoken to a professional standard
