GoodLeap is seeking a Vice President of Credit & Underwriting Strategy to lead the development and execution of credit and underwriting strategies for our capital markets division.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic development of credit and underwriting policies and models
- Execute and oversee the implementation of new strategies across the capital markets division
- Analyze portfolio performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with finance, risk, and sales teams to align strategy with business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading credit strategy and underwriting for a capital markets or financial services organization
- Deep expertise in credit risk modeling, portfolio analysis, and structured finance
- Strong analytical and quantitative background with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams

This position offers a hybrid work model, with options based in San Francisco, CA or remote within the United States.
