Responsibilities
- Create a revenue operating model powered by artificial intelligence
- Develop and deploy a scalable go-to-market framework enhanced with AI to improve sales predictability and performance
- Integrate AI-powered processes across pipeline oversight, forecasting, territory design, and customer journey coordination
- Infuse automation and intelligent insights into systems, reporting tools, and daily business operations
- Define global benchmarks for data accuracy, technology usage, and process uniformity
- Construct the operational foundation for a global revenue team focused on product value and data-led decision-making
- Spearhead initiatives in revenue planning, pricing strategy, process optimization, and organizational enablement
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue leaders on long-term planning, quota setting, territory design, capacity analysis, and incentive programs
- Convert corporate objectives into actionable go-to-market execution strategies
- Work with product teams to implement pricing models, packaging, and training that align with product direction and revenue goals
- Develop compensation plans that incentivize product adoption, customer value, and long-term retention
- Deploy predictive forecasting powered by AI and advanced data analytics
- Design executive dashboards linking pipeline metrics, win rates, sales speed, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and retention to strategic goals
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to guide leadership decisions
- Identify early indicators of growth potential, churn risk, and expansion opportunities
- Promote data-driven decision-making across sales, customer success, channel, and marketing teams
- Own the roadmap for go-to-market technology including CRM, analytics, and AI platforms
- Upgrade and integrate the revenue technology stack for scalability, seamless integration, and automation
- Streamline end-to-end revenue workflows to reduce inefficiencies and boost team output
- Ensure operational preparedness for key initiatives such as product launches, pricing updates, and international scaling
- Enforce disciplined forecasting cycles, quarterly business reviews, and weekly revenue reviews
- Lead cross-functional training efforts with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement with strategy
- Establish a structured, data-driven enablement plan tied to measurable performance outcomes
- Reinforce value-based selling methodologies using analytics and coaching tools
- Build performance tracking systems that deliver actionable insights to frontline managers
