Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic solutions for complex financial and operational issues throughout the business lifecycle, including value creation, transformation, performance enhancement, and bankruptcy management
- Establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with executive leaders and key stakeholders, providing strategic insights, analysis, and transparent communication
- Lead the delivery of key projects in collaboration with internal teams, managing liquidity planning, case oversight, reporting, and restructuring strategy development
- Evaluate organizational performance to uncover strategic opportunities and direct resources toward initiatives offering the highest risk-adjusted returns
- Develop efficient workflows, real-time KPI dashboards, and executive-level presentations while facilitating critical meetings and stakeholder updates
- Guide and develop early-career team members through structured coaching and on-the-job mentorship
- Assist in designing and delivering internal training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Collaborate on business development activities and strengthen client partnerships
- Participate in recruiting efforts and contribute to long-term organizational growth
- Help foster a high-performance culture rooted in inclusion, integrity, and shared values
