About the Role
The ideal candidate will serve as the internal expert on the company's PIMS platform, resolving complex clinical and technical issues, supporting onboarding, and guiding internal teams. This position acts as the escalation point for implementation and support, contributes to product improvement, and ensures smooth transitions from legacy systems. Direct experience in a veterinary clinic and with multiple PIMS platforms is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal expert for the PIMS platform, addressing advanced clinical and technical inquiries beyond standard support scope
- Advise on the transition of workflows from legacy PIMS platforms such as AVImark, Cornerstone, Impromed, and Pulse to the current system
- Work directly with the Implementation team to resolve escalated onboarding and configuration issues
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams to identify areas for platform and process improvements based on real-world clinic feedback
- Train and guide Implementation Managers on platform functionality and best practices for PIMS adoption
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including internal procedures and client-facing onboarding materials
- Engage directly with high-priority clients during complex platform rollouts
- Translate technical features into clear, scalable implementation strategies and accessible resources
- Ensure implementation and support processes evolve in line with platform updates and clinic requirements
